A leading financial services company. A fast growing company they had the challenge of keeping pace with their growth.
Problem
The client wanted to expand their operations and faced a problem because the various business functions in their organization were not integrated. They wanted to develop a solution that will not only integrate their various business function but also scales as their business grew. But for a growing organization they also had the challenge of keeping their cost under control.
Solution
An initial analysis was carried out to understand the various business functions that needed to be integrated and our team also did a mapping of the current process to the suggested solution to make sure no stone was left un-turned.
Once the initial study was done, the team got into the action and came up with an ERP solution that had 5 integrated modules as per the client’s requirement.
Accounts - manages the fund flow by keeping track of outstanding receivables and manages all commission payables.
Claims - a high-volume environment where effective business process management is essential. It simplifies the cost of processing, and handling damage and shortage claims.
CRM & SFA - houses all the critical business information an organization needs to develop effective sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
DMS - helps in organizing, managing and keeping track of documents so you can find them when you need them. With this module, you can create and maintain a secure document repository, keep track of the relationships between documents, quickly search and retrieve documents.
HR & Payroll - is an easy-to- use module that integrates and automates critical HR processes on a day-to-day basis. It helps you to track, monitor, analyze and report on all your employee related information.
Admin - automate all processes of the software system administration. It is the place to assign module accessibility, create and administer users & groups, and assign permissions to them.
Benefits
This was a challenging project. Developing a reliable and scalable ERP solution in a quick time that met the demanding needs of the client is a huge task and we were not only able to complete it on time but we were also able to implement the solution successfully to enable a smooth transition.
