The client is a leading multi specialty hospital.

The Challenge

The client wanted to develop a solution that will help them automate the whole hospital management process and provide a better experience for their patients and also help improve the overall efficiency of the hospital management. The system should be able to handle both in-patient and out-patient facilities. The goal is to provide the best health care service at a significantly low cost.

The Solution

The challenge was to design and develop a centralized database and a user friendly front end to assist the doctors and the patients who are using the system. Once the requirements were gathered a detailed study was done to understand how the system will gather and distribute the information. The solution developed provided a seamless integration between the various branches within the hospital that helped the client provide the best in class service to its clients. The solution was also integrated with the in-house pharmacy so that availability of medicines could also be tracked and managed effectively.

The solution helped our client manage their inpatients and out-patients data more effectively thereby providing the best service possible to the patients. For patients they were able to access all the critical and required information at a single point which saved them the trouble of running around during difficult times.
